Shipping

Orders typically ship within 24-48 business hours from the time the order was placed.* You will receive a confirmation e-mail immediately after placing your order, and another e-mail with tracking information once the order has shipped.  Processing may take longer over the weekend or during peak season. Most orders ship from Seattle, Washington, and can take up to 6 business days via ground shipment within the United States. Free shipping does not apply to international orders and the buyer is responsible for any shipping, duties, taxes, or fees incurred by shipping internationally. In most cases we are unable to provide international shipping. 

When your order is processed you will receive tracking information. UPS 3 Day expedited shipping starts when the order has been processed not when the order is placed. Please note that our warehouse is closed on the weekends and holidays.
