Shipping

Orders typically ship within 24-48 business hours from the time the order was placed.* You will receive a confirmation e-mail immediately after placing your order, and another e-mail with tracking information once t he order has shipped. Processing may take longer over the weekend or during peak season. Most orders ship from Seattle, Washington, and can take up to 6 business days via ground shipment within the United States. Free shipping does not apply to international orders and the buyer is responsible for any shipping, duties, taxes, or fees incurred by shipping internationally. Not all international orders can be accepted or fulfilled. For orders shipping outside the United States or Canada, please contact us at info@axebat.com to place your order.
