We are so confident that you will love your new Axe Bat that we offer a 30-Day, money-back guarantee on current year composite and alloy game bats purchased on axebat.com (excludes wood composite models). If you’re dissatisfied for any reason with the performance of your new Axe Bat, return it within 30-Days for a refund!


Refunds will match the price paid for the product, excluding shipping, and be given only via the method of payment used on axebat.com. Axe Bat does not pay for return shipping labels. Returned bats must be in good condition and presented with a valid receipt from axebat.com. The 30-Day Challenge applies only to purchases made on axebat.com, and does not include the following bats:

  • Wood & Wood Composite Bats
  • All bats from previous model years or closeouts
  • Training Bats
  • All Non-Bat Items
  • Any Bats Purchased Outside of Axebat.com
  • Used Bats

How do I return a bat under your 30-Day Challenge?

Please scroll up and fill out the Axe 30-Day Challenge Return Form.

I’ve filled out the online return form. What happens now?

You should receive an email from our customer service
department within 2-3 business days containing a Return Authorization form and a unique return number.

Fill out that form completely, complete the RA form,
and submit your proof of purchase to the below address. Please remember to
include the RA number on the outside of the package.

Next Steps: 

  • Do not send the bat back before receiving your RA#

Once we receive the bat back to our warehouse and document it with your RA# tied to your order we will process the refund back on the payment method used to make the purchase.

If you provide us proof of shipping with a tracking # to batwarranty@badensports.c om, we can process your refund prior to receiving the bat back to our warehouse.

  • Note: We do not pay for return shipping 

Do you provide shipping labels for 30-Day Challenge returns?

No. All postage, shipping, and insurance costs (if desired) are paid by the customer.

How long does it take to get my refund?

Once your bat has been received by our warehouse and your return form has been approved, our customer service team will send you an email confirming the refund has been processed. However, it can take another 24-48 hours before the refund shows in your account.

For quicker refunds, you can submit your return tracking information to info@axebat.com along with your order # and we can process the return then.

How do I know which bats qualify for your 30 Day Challenge?

Our 30-Day Guarantee applies to
all current year game bat alloy and composite models. It doesn't cover training bats, gear, or anything purchased outside of axebat.com.

What isn't covered under the 30-Day Challenge?

The 30-Day Challenge does not cover:

  • Wood Bats
  • Training Bats
  • Closeout Models
  • Apparel
  • Gear
  • Equipment
  • Used Bats
  • Any purchases made outside of axebat.com

Are training bats covered under your 30-Day Challenge?

No. All training equipment and gear are ineligible to be returned under the 30-Day Challenge.

When does my 30-Day window start?

Your 30 days start the day the bat shows as delivered to the shipping address listed on your order. It does not start the day you purchased the bat, or the day you first started using it.

We may make extended
exceptions for bats purchased as holiday gifts in November and December.

Do you allow for returns beyond the 30 Days for holiday gifts?

We understand many people do their holiday shopping early and would like an extension of the 30-Day window to allow the person receiving the bat as a gift to hit with it.

This year, for eligible bats purchased between 11/15-12/25 we will extend the 30-Day Challenge return window to January 31st. 

We do reserve the right to make changes to this policy.

Does the 30-Day Challenge work for bats purchased outside of Axebat.com?

No, only bats purchased on axebat.com are eligible for our 30-Day Challenge. We will not make any exceptions.

If you are wanting to make a return of your bat purchased outside of axebat.com, you will need to work with the location you made your purchase.

Are there any restrictions on how I use the bat during my 30-Day trial period?

You should feel free to use your new Axe Bat as you would your normal game bat. We’re confident you’re going to love it, and we want you to fully experience the advantages of swinging your Axe Bat. We only ask that you do not tamper with the bat, alter it. Use it in appropriate weather and with appropriate balls. 

If we suspect the bat was used improperly, we reserve the right to deny your return request.

I just passed my 30-Days. Can I still return the bat for a refund?

Unfortunately, no. Bats that have been used for more than 30-Days are not eligible for a refund under terms of our program.

Does my refund include what I paid for shipping?

No. The refund covers only the price you paid for the bat. We cannot refund shipping expenses.

The bat I just purchased on your website is now on sale. Can I use the 30-Day Challenge to return the one I have and re-purchase at the discounted price?

No. That is not the intended use – nor is it a valid use – of our 30-Day Challenge. Our customer service representatives
reserve the right to refuse any returns deemed to be an abuse of this policy.
