BBCOR METAL

Both are legal under the same BBCOR .50 standard and both are fixed at -3 drop. Metal and composite BBCOR bats typically have a larger sweet spot and don't break the way wood can, while wood gives more direct feedback on contact quality. Many players use metal for games and wood for practice.

Strato 3 BBCOR — 1-piece Armor Alloy, 2-5/8" barrel, Flared Handle, 32" and 33". Strato 2 BBCOR — Standard and Flared handles. Avenge Pro 3 Hybrid BBCOR — Halo Fusion barrel with the Shock Suspension RGD connection for reduced bat sting, in both handle profiles.

Since the drop is fixed at -3, sizing is entirely about length — most high school players use 32" or 33". If a player is consistently late on inside fastballs, dropping an inch often helps more than any other adjustment.
