Our production time typically ranges from 7 to 14 days*, depending on the season. Shipping is handled by UPS and usually takes 5 to 7 days. Please note that any shipping delays are the responsibility of the carrier. Feel free to reach out to the carrier directly for shipping inquiries after receiving tracking information.
Please be aware that production time might exceed 7-14 days during the Months of January-March and the month of August.

To order you do not need to meet a minimum, however, there is a fee of $39 per design that does not have 6 items on it. Ex. If you have a jersey and a pant design that only have 2 items on each there will be ONE $39 minimum fees added.

We will pay for replacements within 30 days if: Items are materially flawed or have a manufacturer's defect. Quality of decoration has a visible defects in printing or stitching. Designs of the final product are drastically different from the final design submitted.

UPON RECEIVING
UPON RECEIVING
When receiving your Axe apparel you should pull each item out of the packaging and store by hanging. This is important to assure that there is no residual wetness from manufacturing which could potentially lead to molding.
PRESOAKING
PRESOAKING
It is suggested that heavily soiled garments are soaked in cold water with a protein release agent for a maximum of 45 minutes. Proceed to wash immediately after presoaking.
WASHING
WASHING
To prevent staining, wash immediately after each use.
If washing cannot take place immediately after wearing, the items should be rinsed
and hung on rust-proof hangers.
Do not pile garments together for laundry or place them in a travel bag while they are
wet or damp as color migration may occur.
Only wash with cold water.
Wash whites and colors separately.
Do not use chlorine bleach or fabric softener, only use a mild detergent (with a ph
under 10.0).
Minimize mechanical action of the washing machine by keeping the water level high.
DRYING
DRYING
Do not dry garments using any heat, hang dry for best results.
If you must use a dryer, use an air dry or damp dry setting to prevent shrinking.
STORING
STORING
Apparel should be completely dry before storing. To prevent mildew and yellowing, apparel should be stored in a cool, dry area protected from sunlight and fluorescent light.
