STANDARD RETURNS 

A  standard return refers to the a customer sending back an unused Axe product. A return can occur for various reasons, such as the customer receiving the wrong product or the customer simply changing their mind. 

30-DAY CHALLENGE RETURNS

A return under our 30-Day Challenge refers to any eligible model that meets the requirements of our 30-Day program. Eligible models must have the return initiated within 30-Days of receiving your bat. 

WARRANTY REPLACEMENTS

We offer a 1-year limited warranty on almost all alloy and composite models. There's additional limited warranty of shorter periods for some additional products based on the date the bat was purchased. If the bat becomes defective within the warranty period, Axe Bat, as the manufacturer will either repair or replace it for the customer.
