Standard Returns
A Standard Return applies when a customer sends back an unused Axe product.
Eligible Reasons:
- You received the wrong product
- You changed your mind
- The item does not meet your expectations (unused only)
Requirements:
- Product must be unused
- Product must be returned in original packaging
- Return must be initiated within 120 days of purchase
Shipping Costs:
- Customer is responsible for return shipping
- If Axe shipped the incorrect product, Axe will cover return shipping
Refund Timeline:
- Refunds cannot be processed after 120 days from the original purchase date
30-Day Money Back Guarantee
Our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee applies only to eligible models.
Requirements:
- Return must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your bat
- Product must qualify under the 30-Day Guarantee program
- Proof of purchase is required
Shipping Costs:
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
Important Notes:
- Not all models qualify
- The 30-Day Guarantee is separate from warranty coverage
Warranty Replacements
Most Axe alloy and composite bats include a 1-Year Limited Warranty. Some products may have shorter warranty periods based on model type.
What the Warranty Covers:
- Manufacturer defects
- Structural issues that occur during normal use within the warranty period
What Happens if a Bat is Defective:
- If your bat is deemed defective within the warranty period:
- Axe will repair or
- Axe will replace the bat
Shipping:
- Axe will provide a return shipping label for products approved for warranty evaluation
Important Reminders
- Warranty coverage does not extend beyond the stated warranty period.
- Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or misuse are not covered.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns and warranty claims.
