Standard Returns

A Standard Return applies when a customer sends back an unused Axe product.

Eligible Reasons:

• You received the wrong product
• You changed your mind
• The item does not meet your expectations (unused only)

Requirements:

• Product must be unused
• Product must be returned in original packaging
• Return must be initiated within 120 days of purchase

Shipping Costs:

• Customer is responsible for return shipping
• If Axe shipped the incorrect product, Axe will cover return shipping

Refund Timeline:

• Refunds cannot be processed after 120 days from the original purchase date

30-Day Money Back Guarantee

Our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee applies only to eligible models.

Requirements:

• Return must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your bat
• Product must qualify under the 30-Day Guarantee program
• Proof of purchase is required

Shipping Costs:

• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Important Notes:

• Not all models qualify
• The 30-Day Guarantee is separate from warranty coverage

Warranty Replacements

Most Axe alloy and composite bats include a 1-Year Limited Warranty. Some products may have shorter warranty periods based on model type.

What the Warranty Covers:

• Manufacturer defects
• Structural issues that occur during normal use within the warranty period

What Happens if a Bat is Defective:

• If your bat is deemed defective within the warranty period:
• Axe will repair or
• Axe will replace the bat

Shipping:

• Axe will provide a return shipping label for products approved for warranty evaluation

Important Reminders

• Warranty coverage does not extend beyond the stated warranty period.
• Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or misuse are not covered.
• Proof of purchase is required for all returns and warranty claims.
