A: You should receive an email from our customer service department within 2-3 business days containing a Return Authorization (RA) form and an RA number. Fill out that form completely and return the bat, the RA form, and your proof of purchase to the below address. Please remember to include the RA number on the outside of the package.

A: No. All postage, shipping, and insurance costs (if desired) are paid by the customer.
A: Once your bat has been received by our warehouse and your return form has been approved, our customer service team will send you an email confirming the refund has been processed. However, it can take another 24-48 hours before the refund shows in your account.
A: Our 30-Day Guarantee applies to all new 2022 and 2023 model years, non-wood/non-wood composite game bats sold on axebat.com. 30 day does not apply to any model year 2014-2021 model year bats.
A: No. Our Speed Trainers, Long Trainer, One-Hand Trainer, and Fungo bats are not eligible to be returned under the 30-Day Guarantee.
A: Your 30 days start the day the bat shows as delivered to the shipping address listed on your order. It does not start the day you purchased the bat, or the day you first started using it.
A: We understand many people do their holiday shopping early and would like a few extra days to allow the person receiving the bat as a gift to hit with it. This year, for eligible bats purchased between Nov. 17-30, we will extend the 30-Day Guarantee to Jan. 3.
A: No, only bats purchased on axebat.com are eligible for our 30-Day Guarantee.
A: You should feel free to use your new Axe Bat as you would your normal game bat. We’re confident you’re going to love it, and we want you to fully experience the advantages of swinging our handle and technology. We only ask that you not tamper with the bat, or alter it in any way.
A: Unfortunately, no. Bats that have been used for more than 30 days are not eligible for a refund under terms of our program.
A: No. The refund covers only the price you paid for the bat.
A: No. That is not the intended use – nor is it a valid use – of our 30-Day Guarantee. Our customer service representatives reserve the right to refuse any returns deemed to be an abuse of this policy.
Refunds will match the price paid for the product, excluding shipping, and be given only via the method of payment used on axebat.com. Axe Bat does not pay for return shipping labels. Returned bats must be in good condition and presented with a valid receipt from axebat.com. The 30-Day Guarantee applies only to purchases made on axebat.com, and does not include the following bats:
- Wood bats
- Wood-composite bats
- All bats from model years 2014-2021
- Speed Trainers (Adult, Youth & Softball)
- Long Trainer
- One-Hand Trainer
- Fungo bat
- Blast Motion Swing Analyzer
- All non-bat items
Axe Bat reserves the right to void any 30-Day Guarantee claim for any reason. All fraudulent returns will be prosecuted to the fullest extent.
