Axe Bat offers a one-year, limited bat warranty*, which covers a one-time replacement from date of purchase on certain current-year bats where a manufacturing defect resulted -- through normal field use -- in severe denting, cracking, breaking, or detachment of end cap. The product must be purchased within the U.S. and must be from an Axe Bat Authorized Dealer. Closeout bats and wood bats are final-sale only and not covered by any type of warranty.
30-Day Guarantee Policy
Axe Bat offers a 30-day, money-back guarantee on most current-year bats purchased through AxeBat.com. Customers dissatisfied for any reason with their new Axe Bat may return it within 30 days of receiving it for a refund. Refunds will match the price paid for the product, excluding shipping, and be given only via the method of payment used on AxeBat.com. Returned bats must be in good condition and a valid receipt from AxeBat.com must be provided to qualify. The 30-Day Guarantee applies only to purchases made on AxeBat.com, and does not apply to purchases from third-party vendors. Wood, wood-composite models, closeout models, and non-bat items are not eligible for the 30-Day Guarantee. The 30-Day Guarantee cannot be used to return bats for the express purpose of repurchasing the bat at a discounted/sale price. Axe Bat reserves the right to void any 30-Day Guarantee for any reason. All fraudulent returns will be prosecuted to the fullest extent.
Step 1: Fill out the form below to submit a Warranty Claim Request (damaged bat, within one year of purchase)
Step 2: A Return Authorization Form (RA) will be emailed to you. PLEASE DO NOT ATTEMPT TO RETURN THE BAT UNTIL YOU HAVE RECEIVED A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.
Step 3: Ship the bat and original Proof of Purchase with the Return Authorization Form. Please make sure the RA# is clearly marked on the outside of your package. Postage and all shipping (and insurance costs, if desired) shall be paid by the customer. Shipping instructions will be sent along with the Return Authorization Form.
Step 4: If Baden agrees that the bat or product is defective and covered under the warranty, we will send out a repaired or replacement bat of equal or greater value. Shipments of repaired or replaced bats must go to a U.S. address.
*Please note: The original receipt from axebat.com or your authorized Baden reseller is required to return the bat. Third party receipts, such as PayPal, Paypoint, etc. will not be accepted. In order to qualify for this warranty, the bat must be used exclusively for the described purpose; i.e., softball bats for softball, youth baseball bats for youth baseball, etc. Baden does not approve of or authorize the purchaser, or any other person, to physically alter the bat in any manner for any use. Such alterations void the warranty and potentially violate Baden’s patents and other intellectual property. Alteration includes, but is not limited to: rolling a bat in a vice, hitting foreign objects other than proper balls, inner wall shaving, end-loading the bat, or any other “bat doctoring” that is designed to change the character of performance of the bat in any way. Suspected alteration of the bat will nullify the warranty. Only bats specified to have the 1-year warranty apply.
Warranty Limitation and Exclusion. It is hereby agreed that the liability of Baden shall be limited to the repair or replacement of the nonconforming product as provided above. Use of bats is inherently dangerous and Baden and its employees, officers, directors and suppliers shall not be liable for any other damages, direct, indirect or consequential. Baden reserves the right to refuse warranty service to any person who our Warranty Department deems as abusing our products or warranty policy.
